She has appeared successfully at the Alberta Provincial Court and the Court of Queen’s Bench and has extensive litigation experience as junior counsel in complex family property, support, and parenting trials.

Monica is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Division, Association of Women Lawyers and the Law Society of Alberta. When Monica is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, and hiking and skiing in the mountains.
